Today I was short on time, short on inspiration, and my mind was somewhere else entirely. Luckily, something nice came out of a brief wrestle with the iPad: A string sample uploaded to the Fluss granular processor turned into a hazy, ambient moment in time.

It wasn’t all for naught, this third day with Fluss, as I was able to find some settings that moved me toward a sound I’m comfortable with. Fluss is capable of so much more, but today I wasn’t.

I’ll be back tomorrow, though.
